When the district's resident programming guru left for another job, I was asked to fill in working with the NAO robot, Koda. We use Koda with the special education department to help students learn in a more interactive environment. Many special education students are nervous about working with new people, and Koda has the ability to immediately put them at rest. Koda can learn their faces, recognize voices, and read them books. He even uses sound effects to make the reading more interesting.
Program the robot in C++ and/or Python using Choregraphe software
Take lessons from teachers and program Koda to match them
